Unused SPX FLOW Anhydro MicraSpray 150-CC Spray Dryer New 2023, Still Crated, has never been used and remains in its original crates. The system includes a chamber on support, bag filter with CIP pipe and filter, platform, cyclone, instrumentation, product pipe, two condensers, a feed system with control panel, and an atomizer. Designed for development and production of powder products, the unit enables safe and sanitary spray drying of liquid solutionsusing ambient gas or nitrogen for aqueous fluids and nitrogen exclusively for solvent-based fluids. The MicraSpray Series is modular and technically superior to traditional pilot spray dryers, offering customization through options such as multiple atomization systems, rupture disks for safe solvent drying, sanitary construction, and a user-friendly EX-proof control system that ensures reliable and reproducible drying cycles. Performance specifications include a maximum inlet gas temperature of 200C, outlet gas temperature of 120C, nominal gas recirculation flow rate of 150 kg/h, an 18 kW electrical gas heater, a 2.2 kW recirculation fan, a 0.18 kW feed pump, and cooling water recirculation requirements of up to 3 m/h depending on solvent and temperature conditions.
