The horizontal rotor design promotes even film distribution and exceptional heat transfer, making it ideal for continuous or batch evaporation under controlled thermal conditions.

The system features:

• 5 HP main drive motor (3/60/230/460V, 1165 RPM) for the rotor assembly

• Screw conveyor (4” diameter × 62” long) with a 0.55 kW (0.73 HP), 230/400V, 1360 RPM drive motor

• Seal fluid reservoir with spray ball (6” diameter × 40” long)

• Mounted control panel with vibratory sensor and keystone valve

• Interconnecting piping and end flange with sight glass
