The requirements for becoming a member with the Bolivar City Fire Department are as follows.

-    Must be at least 18 years of age or older

-    Must live inside the Bolivar City Limits or Bolivar Special Road District

-    The Bolivar Police Department will conduct a criminal background check check on any applicant.

-    There is NO Training required to submit an application to become a member of the Bolivar City Fire Department.  WE WILL provide you with the proper training.  However if you do have previous training and experience in the fire service we will gladly accept your application also.  If you have prior training, please attach a copy of the certificates to your application when submitted.
